Unexpectedly, a new full theatrical trailer for Pixar's November 25th release of The Good Dinosaur has just been released online. The trailer comes as a bit of surprise because one would expect something along these lines to debut at Disney's signature Expo, D23 Expo 2015, which will be held in Anaheim, CA on August 14-16th. With that said, watch the breathtaking, beautiful, and quite honestly best trailer for a Pixar film I have ever seen after the break! "The Good Dinosaur" asks the question: What if the asteroid that forever changed life on Earth missed the planet completely and giant dinosaurs never became extinct? Pixar Animation Studios takes you on an epic journey into the world of dinosaurs where an Apatosaurus named Arlo makes an unlikely human friend. While traveling through a harsh and mysterious landscape, Arlo learns the power of confronting his fears and discovers what he is truly capable of. This trailer shows off just a bit of what to expect when you step in the theater on November 25th. The Good Dinosaur, with all of its production troubles, really looks like a true coming of age story, but one told not through words, or song, but pure visuals. And boy do the visuals look AMAZING. I also want to note that while I was a bit apprehensive to the more cartoony character designs, I absolutely love the contrast between the cartoony characters and the photo-realistic environments that they inhabit. Absolutely stunning. Now I'm that much more eager to see what Disney and Pixar reveal at this year's D23 Expo 2015 in August! I'll be there, so if you are able to go, I'd love to meet you!
