EXCLUSIVE: 'Toy Story That Time Forgot,' 'Inside Out,' Toy Story 20th Anniversary Blu-Ray Details

November 2015 is looking to be Blu-Ray mania for Pixar fans! Why? Well, the December 2014 TV Special Toy Story That Time Forgot will be getting the full Blu-Ray treatment come November 3rd, along with the release of Pixar's first 2015 feature film, Inside Out, coming to Blu-Ray 3D, not forgetting a new set of the original Toy Story Trilogy Blu-ray's celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Toy Story's November 1995 theatrical debut! I'd say that's quite a bite out of my wallet, albeit a very exciting one. More on the bonus features and details regarding these three releases after the break!

BONUS FEATURES for 'Toy Story That Time Forgot' Blu-Ray, coming November 3rd:

• Reptillus! – In this behind-the-scenes look at ‘Toy Story That Time Forgot,’ the filmmakers share a peek at the origins of the Battlesaurs world and culture, and explain the character design and development of its greatest hero, Reptillus Maximus.
• Commentary – Commentary with ‘Toy Story that Time Forgot’ director, Steve Purcell, and head of story, Derek Thompson, on the process of making ‘Toy Story That Time Forgot.’
• Toy Story Goes to Comic-Con – The ‘Toy Story that Time Forgot’ team heads to San Diego to unveil the project to the public, led by their own longtime Comic-Con veterans, director Steve Purcell and head of story Derek Thompson.
• My Unexpected Friend – Feel the power – and sing along – as Reptillus Maximus expresses the depth of his feelings for Trixie in this 80’s-inspired karaoke video for his soulful ballad, “My Unexpected Friend.”
• Battlesaurs Animated Opening – A 2D animated opening for the fictional animated TV series, ‘Battlesaurs.’
• Deleted Scenes with Intros & Outros – ‘Toy Story That Time Forgot’ director, Steve Purcell, introduces scenes that were developed and storyboarded for the special, but were ultimately cut from the final version: Battlesaurs Christmas; Light of Play; Prisoners of Bone; SOS; Trixie’s Proposal.
• DMA Exclusive Deleted Scene: Battleopolis

On top of how much fun the actual TV Special is, these bonus features look really cool! Disney and Pixar have always nailed bonus features on Blu-Ray combo packs- they always seem to go over the top with showing the making of their projects and the behind-the-scenes looks at how their teams bring audiences the incredible stories they tell. The 'Toy Story That Time Forgot' Blu-Ray  looks to have the same amount of detail and love put into the combo pack that other Pixar packs have! The one down side is that unlike the 'Toy Story of Terror' Blu-Ray, 'Toy Story That Time Forgot' will NOT have any new Toy Story Toons along with the bonuses. But then again, there haven't been any new Toy Story Toons to my knowledge that have been in production since the last, Partysaurus Rex, so this is not a big surprise. This list comes from our friends at Pixar Post, who found it attached to the description of the Steelbook for Inside Out on UK-based site, Zavvi. The list looks very promising, with many amazing exclusive features that exemplify why Pixar Blu-Ray's are always extravagant and engaging. Also keep in mind that we do not have any official cover artwork for the Blu-Ray, as more details and confirmations will surely be announced closer to the release of the combo pack. Another aspect of what we know to keep in mind is that Amazon.com has only listed the DVD for Inside Out to come out on November 3rd, so while all of the 2D and 3D Combo Packs will surely be release simultaneously, none of the features for those packs have been confirmed by Disney yet. Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Toy Story's November 1995 theatrical release, Disney and Pixar have a reported Blu-Ray Toy Story Trilogy Pack coming this November. As our friends at Stitch Kingdom have reported, the Trilogy Blu-Ray set may actually be released as three individual discs, although I think it's pretty safe to assume that some very special features will be a bonus, and I'd also guess that the three individual discs will also be combined together for a special trilogy pack. The Blu-Ray's are reported to be coming November 29th, 2015, which will be exactly twenty years and one week off of the actual anniversary date. No specifics have been released, but Amazon has listed each film for 11/29 to retail at a price of $39.99, which may change over time as the release date approaches (this high price also tells me that each film probably will have more than just the individual movie in each set).
