Woody's News Roundup: New FINDING DORY Clips, International Trailer, and Soundtrack Tracklist

After yesterday's release of the final Finding Dory trailer, a new onslaught of news bits has us clamoring to sea this 13-year long awaited sequel! Featuring two first look clips including Crush and Squirt and Hank the octopus, a new International Australian trailer, and the full Finding Dory Soundtrack tracklist, this news post is sure to delight the fanboy/girl in all of us! Finding Dory "Totally Sick" Clip:

Not only is it great to see and hear are very favorite talking sea turtles again, it's also refreshing to see the little character moments of Crush with Marlin and Dory with Squirt. What's just as exciting is hearing Director Andrew Stanton returning to voice Crush, perfectly assuming the role once again 13 years after originally meeting him. I also enjoy that this clip gives us just enough to feel back at home in the sea without giving away too many character or plot moments. And let's be honest, all this really does is make us want to see Finding Nemo again!

Finding Dory "Meet Hank" Clip:

This short but sweet clip gives us an introduction to Ed O'Neill's Hank. The clip is a trimmed down version of the one first showcased at the D23 Expo 2015 last summer in Anaheim where we got an even longer introduction to Hank and the bowels of the Marine Life Institute. While we don't see much that is new, it is nice seeing Dory and Hank playing off of one another!

Finding Dory International Australia Trailer:

Contrary to the emotional final theatrical trailer released yesterday, this international trailer plays on the bright and eccentric cast of characters that Dory, Marlin, and Nemo meet in the new film. Nearly all of the jokes play really well and the spy/jazz music near the beginning really sets the mood for the interplay between Dory and Hank as they navigate the underbelly of the Marine Life Institute. While I could have gone without the pop song near the end, this trailer overall plays the comedic bits really nicely!

Disney/Pixar’s Finding Dory welcomes back to the big screen everyone’s favorite forgetful blue tang Dory (voice of Ellen DeGeneres), who’s living happily in the reef with Marlin (voice of Albert Brooks) and Nemo (voice of Hayden Rolence). When Dory suddenly remembers that she has a family out there who may be looking for her, the trio takes off on a life-changing adventure across the ocean to California’s prestigious Marine Life Institute, a rehabilitation center and aquarium. In an effort to find her mom (voice of Diane Keaton) and dad (voice of Eugene Levy), Dory enlists the help of three of the MLI’s most intriguing residents: Hank (voice of Ed O’Neill), a cantankerous octopus who frequently gives employees the slip; Bailey (voice of Ty Burrell), a beluga whale who is convinced his biological sonar skills are on the fritz; and Destiny (voice of Kaitlin Olson), a nearsighted whale shark. Deftly navigating the complex inner workings of the MLI, Dory and her friends discover the magic within their flaws, friendships and family.

Directed by Andrew Stanton, co-directed by Angus MacLane and produced by Lindsey Collins, Disney/Pixar’s Finding Dory swims into theaters June 17, 2016.
